Get Your Case Filed for $200 + Costs

(Remaining fees financed post filing. See below for a detailed explanation.)

At the Law Office of Alexander D. Sanchez we are committed to offering the best value in consumer bankruptcies in Arizona. We can file your Chapter 7 case for as low as $200 in legal fees before filing. We do this by splitting our representation agreement into two parts. The first part covers pre-filing services and the second part covers post filing services. The total legal fees for any given case (if you elect to hire us for post filing work) are listed below. For example, if you qualify for basic Chapter 7 representation, then the pre-filing cost is $200. The second agreement, which you can elect to sign post filing, would be for $495 as an installment agreement for a total fee of $695 (costs excluded).

We can file your Chapter 13 case for as low as $800 in legal fees before filing. Remaining legal fees are paid through your repayment plan with the Court.

We invite you to schedule a free case evaluation and meet directly with attorney Alex Sanchez who will carefully discuss your options in bankruptcy. There is never any high pressure sales as Mr. Sanchez is committed to providing you the best service possible and make your journey through this process as comfortable as possible.

If you elect to continue representation with our firm after the initial filing, then we can offer a monthly payment plan as low as $75/bi-weekly for post filing work.
